How to Organize, Reorder, and Delete PDF Pages
Scanned batches and combined documents often end up with pages in the wrong order, duplicate scans, or blank pages that shouldn't be there. Rather than re-scanning or rebuilding the whole file, an organize tool lets you fix the page order and remove what you don't need in one pass.
What page organizing tools let you do
- Drag and drop page thumbnails to reorder them.
- Delete specific pages, like blanks or duplicates.
- Rotate individual pages that are sideways or upside-down.
- Preview the whole document as thumbnails before saving changes.
How to organize a PDF
- Open a tool like PDFConverterBox's Organize PDF.
- Upload the file — you'll see a thumbnail of every page.
- Drag pages into the correct order and remove any you don't need.
- Save the file once the page order and contents look right.
Delete pages vs. extract pages
If you want to remove a few unwanted pages and keep the rest as one file, use a Delete Pages tool. If instead you want to pull specific pages out into their own separate file, an Extract Pages tool is the better fit — the two solve slightly different problems.
